Nick graduated from Illinois State University. He has three grown children. A daughter, who graduated from FAU in Florida in sports medicine, now at Carle Hospital, a son who graduated from the University of Missouri in Broadcasting and a son at FSU in Michigan in Auto Technology Engineering. He has been a school board member and school mentor, a member on the board of his church. Nick's special interests are family activities, sports, collecting and restoring muscle cars. He has been a speaker at the RE/MAX National Convention three times.
Russ has been a real estate broker since 1972. A life long resident of Champaign County, he graduated from Mahomet-Seymour High School and the University of Illinois. Russ has been married to his wife Charlene for 31 years and has two sons; Ryan, who is attending Ferris State University in Michigan, and Rhett who graduated from Vanderbuilt University in Tennessee. His hobbies include running, reading, hunting and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He previously served as elder in his church. Russ is currently a school mentor, and is active in Promise Keepers and Pinnacle Forum. He has been a speaker at the RE/MAX International Convention and has numerous recoginitions including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Chairman's Club and Lifetime Acheivement Awards. Russ's designations include Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.
Ed has been a Realtor since 1999 and a builder since 2004. Ed is a 1987 graduate of Bloomington High School. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1992, where he played on the basketball team and was a high jumper on the track team. His major was Speech Communications at the Uof I. Ed's interests include sporting events and spending time with his family and friends. His wife, Karen and two children, Ava and Tomas, have been residents of Champaign-Urbana for six years.
Craig has been a Central Illinois resident for 20 years. Craig is a 1993 graduate of Mahomet-Seymour High School. He attended Florida Atlantic University, where he received a scholarship for Basketball and a Major in Real Estate/Finance. Craig ended his college career in 1998 as Florida Atlantic Universities all-time leading scorer and rebounder. He continued playing basketball professionally in the CBA in Florida and in the USBL in New Jersey. Craig's interests include playing basketball, watching movies, and spending time with his family and his wife, Casey and daughters Avery and Hunter.
Bob has lived in Central Illinois all his life. He was a partner and dealer operator in the farm equipment business for 25 years. Bob enjoys Illinois sports, boating and playing tennis. He is currently on the council of his church.
Allyne has been in real estate since 1987 and has her brokers license, GRI and ABR designations. Allyne has been married to Virgil, a farmer, for over 40 years. She and Virgil reside in Farmer City and have two sons, Derek and Destin. Allyne is the proud grandmother of three grandaughters and one grandson. Her interests include: church, gardening and her grandchildren.
Lisa has been a resident of Champaign County for over 30 years. She graduated from DeKalb Senior High School and the University of Illinois in C-U with a degree in Biology. She also received a degree in Medical Technology from Loyola University in Chicago. She has been married for 27 years to her husband David, who is a physician at Carle-Mahomet Clinic. She has a daughter Laura, a student at Wheaton College, and a son Scott who is pursuing an acting career. Lisa has been a member of Twin City Bible Church for over 20 years.
Lisa enjoys reading, learning new things, boating, walking and celebrating life with family and friends.
In addition to English, Lisa can speak Korean. She also has an interpreter for Chinese.
Margie has been a resident of Champaign her entire life. She and her husband Tim have two children, Tim Jr, 25, and Jennifer, 21. Margie has spent many years in the hospitality business, including 18 years as the Manager of the Lincolnshire Fields Country Club in Champaign. About 3 years ago, Margie decided to apply her customer service expertise to a career in real estate. She works with both buyers and sellers and has a special interest in helping first time home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. Margie is active in her church and community and is currently serving on the March of Dimes Board of Directors.
Matt grew up in Gilman, Illinois and now resides in Champaign with his wife Amanda. Matt is a U.S. Army veteran and served as a Guard of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery, Virginia. Matt and Amanda are active within their church and participate in various volunteer projects. He enjoys bicycling, gardening, and traveling.
Tonya moved to Mahomet in 1988 from Indiana, where she had worked as office manager of a title & abstract company. Before joining the Taylor Team in May of 2006 she was a licensed agent assistant at Country Companies and previously worked at Busey Bank for 10 years as a personal lender. She holds a Business Management degree. She & her husband, Kenny, have 3 children. They enjoy sports, Harleys, traveling and NASCAR. They attend New Horizon Church. Tonya has volunteered for many area community activities over the years, including Relay for Life. She looks forward to serving all your real estate needs.
Sandy is a life-long resident of Central Illinois where she graduated from Gibson City schools. She left a nursing career to raise three children with her husband of 42 years, Bob, who worked in car sales and management. She now has 10 grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with them and taking day trips with Bob. Sandy knows conversational Spanish, and is eager to work with buyers and sellers in all stages of the moving process. She is especially well acquainted with the Fisher, Foosland and Gibson City areas.
Kelly was born in Little Rock, and is married to Ross, who is currently Active Duty National Guard. She has lived many places, including San Diego, Maryland, Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas - but Kelly finds Monticello to be a great community in which to raise her children - Hunter 8, Martin 6, Parker 3, Ashtin 19 and Kaitlin 18. Ashtin is in the Navy stationed in San Diego.
The number one joy in Kelly's life is her family. They like to camp, fish and explore the outdoors. She also enjoys volunteering for the National Guard where she is a Family Readiness Group Leader for the 766th ENG BN.
Melissa joined The Taylor Team in the fall of 2003. She was born and raised in the local community attending school in Champaign and Mahomet. Melissa's husband, Rick, has helped build and develop several subdivisions in this area. Melissa and Rick are actively involved in the community. Such activities include K-5 PTO board for seven years and President for 2 years, Senior High Youth Group sponsors, and served on C.A.C for 2 years. Melissa and Rick have 3 children and love the outdoors! They enjoy camping, riding ATV and motorcycles, and vacationing in the UP of Michigan. Melissa enjoys meeting new people and working with them to help determine and meet their housing needs.
Amy joined the Taylor Team in October of 2004. She grew up in southern Michigan and received her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. Amy enjoys spending time with her family. Amy is actively involved at Grace Church and enjoys traveling, reading, and singing.
Mary joined RE/MAX Realty Associates in January of 2004. A University of Illinois graduate in Advertising, Mary is responsible for all aspects of marketing, as well as maintaining and updating all of the agency's various websites. Mary lives in Fisher and is proud to be a Fisher Bunnie Fan! She enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time at home with her husband and three children.
Kim joined RE/MAX Realty Associates in January of 2003 after working at Busey Bank for 15 years. Kim is the closing manager for thirteen very busy agents. She is responsible for orchestrating and setting the closings. Kim and her husband reside in Mahomet with their two children. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Martha has been with the Taylor Team for over ten years. She and her husband Ron have a daughter, Sarah. Martha teaches Elementary Christian Education at the New Horizon Church and enjoys traveling, cross stitching, reading and cooking. Martha is the glue that keeps the Taylor Team together!
